Iran Khodro Tabriz, a subsidiary of IKCO that manufactures the Samand and Soren sedans and the Arisun pick-up, has announced a 167-percent increase in production.
The company, based in East Azerbaijan province, made 80,198 vehicles in the year starting 20th March 2016. This included 66,172 Samand models (pictured), 12,323 of the Arisun, and 1,503 of the Soren.
It is planning to make more than 120,000 vehicles for the upcoming year.
