Iran, Russia sign Training MoU

The head of the Iranian Technical and Vocational Training Organization (ITVTO) and the CEO of Worldskills Russian Union have signed a memorandum of understanding to train skilled and semi-skilled workers in technical and vocational fields.

Mehr News Agency reports that Iranian Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare Mohammad Amin Sazegarnejad, who also heads the ITVTO, met and talked with Worldskills Russian Union CEO Robert Urazov during a visit to Russia.

The MoU covers numerous areas including holding of scientific seminars, short-term meeting and visits of both countries, deployment of managers, experts in areas related to technical and vocational education and instructor training centers as well as exchange of trainers and trainees all aiming to develop bilateral cooperation.
