Lockheed Martin “Not Pursuing” Iran Business

By John Lee.

US-based aerospace and arms giant Lockheed Martin has denied reports that it is looking for business in Iran.

In a brief statement, the company said:

“Consistent with US Government policy, Lockheed Martin is not pursuing business opportunities in Iran.”

It had been rumoured that the company’s Sikorsky subsidiary was interested in selling its S-76 and longer-range S-92 helicopters to Iran.
