Iran’s Social Security Organization and a major Austrian firm signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of two hospitals in the Islamic Republic.

The MoU for the construction of the hospitals was signed on Wednesday during a ceremony attended by representatives of Iran’s Social Security Organization and the Austrian company.
During the ceremony, Managing Director of Iranian Social Security Organization Seyed Taghi Nourbakhsh said the hospitals will be built in the cities of Shiraz in south and Tabriz in northwest of the country.
He added that building another hospital in the holy city of Mashhad is also on the agenda.
Nourbakhsh went on to say that they will be built with the aim of offering better services to the insured and pensioners.
