Sweden to Invest in Energy, Transport, Communications

At a meeting with Mikael Damberg, Sweden’s Minister for Enterprise and Innovation, Mohammad Khazaei Deputy Minister of Economy and President of the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran, proposed cooperation in the sectors of energy, transport and communications.

Khazaei explained the macroeconomic performance of the country and said that Iran is a stable country and the land of golden opportunities which compared with the region and neighboring countries has specific competitive advantages.

In the meeting, Minister Damberg emphasized the need to establish the private sector working group, adding that Sweden is making good progress in energy and communications and can have good cooperation with Iran in these sectors.
